Mentis LLC has been awarded a $12M fixed-bid contract to provide Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) and the State of California with Maintenance and Operation (M&O) and technical support on CMS Net and applicable software (hereafter referred to as “CMS Net”).
CMS Net applications currently cater to State Staff, Counties, Providers, and more than 15,000 Users. CMS Net is a secure, public domain system that serves primarily the California Children Services (CCS) Program and provides online access to health care professionals, case managers, and administrators.
These users manage a variety of information for medical case management, including patient eligibility and records, service provider authorizations, and system reporting.

The contract runs for a base period of five years with two, one-year option periods. Mentis will serve as the prime for this M&O effort, leading with an integrated team of 8-9 Mentis Minds.
